You’ll complete our in depth design questionnaire to help us better understand your projects goals

If we are meeting in person, we'll take measurements of your space on our first meeting. If virtual, we'll send you an easy to follow measurement guide to ensure accurate results and you’ll send us photos, your measurements, and any existing floor plans of the space.
MEASUREMENTS
We’ll meet you at your home and/or hop on a Zoom call to deep dive into your project needs, inspiration, and budget. (this is our first 2hr session)
DESIGN DISCOVERY SESSION

Based on the information gathered, we'll develop a personalized design concept for your space. This includes mood boards, color palettes, and style references to help visualize the proposed design direction.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Once the initial concept is prepared, you'll have the opportunity to review the design proposal and provide feedback. This stage allows you to express any preferences or adjustments you'd like to make before finalizing the design.

Once the design is finalized, we'll present you with a comprehensive package that includes 3D renders, mood boards, detailed drawings, and a comprehensive source list with buying guides. (this is our second in-person or virtual session)
REFINEMENT AND Presentation
With the design plan in hand, you'll have the option to implement the changes at your own pace. The package includes detailed instructions and recommendations for executing the design, from purchasing to arranging and styling, to painting and installing.

No! While we do specialize in adding character and functionality to new development and builder-grade homes, we love designing for ALL types of residential spaces, whether big or small, new or old we'll create a beautiful design that tells your unique story!

With our virtual design service we can accommodate a variety of budgets, however, we recommend per room budgets (not including design fees) starting around $5k-15K for smaller rooms such as kids bedrooms, mudrooms, and bonus rooms and $15-40K for larger rooms such as master suites, dining rooms, and living rooms.
This includes all decor, furnishings, paint, and lighting, to ensure you get the best possible design options for your space.
*Pricing varies for larger remodel project and is based on scope.
We use a flat fee pricing model for our E-Suite service with the option to add on exclusive services offered from our Whole Suite (full-service design) Package, such as product procurement, trades/project management, styling, and site visits.
The investment for a single room design in the Petite Suite is based on project scope and ranges from $1,800-$4,600 per room.

We have a revision and feedback phase which allows up to two changes per design. Any further revisions beyond that are charged at $150 per hour.
